Structure
The equipment mainly consists of input roller conveyor, preheating chamber, shot blasting cleaning chamber, transition roller conveyor, painting chamber, drying chamber, and output roller the system consists of channels, dust removal systems, and electrical control systems.
Working principle
This equipment is a high-efficiency continuous operation steel pretreatment production line. The steel is preheated by the roller conveyor and sent to the shot blasting cleaning room,Multiple high-efficiency shot blasting machines with different coordinate orientations use projectiles to exert strong and dense impacts and friction on their surfacesThe oxide scale, rust spots, and dirt on the surface quickly fall off, and the steel surface is cleaned and strengthened. During the shot blasting process, scattering occursThe mixture of pellet dust that comes down is collected at the lower part of the elevator through the chamber funnel and longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors, and then lifted to the machineThe upper separator performs pellet dust separation, and the separated pellets fall into the separator hopper and are sent to each throwing station through the pellet conveying pipelineThe pill dispenser is recycled for use. The dust generated during work is sent into the dust removal system through the exhaust duct, and the purified clean air is dischargedIn the atmosphere, particulate dust is captured and collected by dust collectors.
After shot blasting, the steel is sent into the cleaning room, where the residual pellets on the surface are cleaned by a cleaning roller brush, and then high-pressure is usedThe fan blows in all directions, and the surface of the workpiece is cleaned thoroughly, meeting the cleanliness standards for painting. After cleaning, the workThe workpiece is sent to the paint spraying room, where two upper and lower paint spraying machines are installed to spray paint the workpiece. Steel after surface paintingThe material is sent to the drying room for drying treatment. The drying chamber adopts two methods: combustion heating or electric heating. Workpiece driedAfter the room is dried, it enters the conveyor roller at the discharge end, and finally completes the pre-treatment work of the steel.
